OUR PROCESS
What it’s like to build with PBS
We've built enough homes to know where things usually go wrong — vague plans, poor prep and builders who vanish mid-job. We work closely with you to make sure every step is planned, communicated and done properly — no stress, no surprises.
Before we begin
Before any contracts are signed, we take the time to understand your project properly. That means reviewing your plans, talking through your goals and offering input where it counts. The sooner we're involved, the more value we can add — and the smoother the build runs.
Step one
Getting clear on the scope
No assumptions. No vague inclusions. We work with you (and your designer if you have one) to confirm the full scope of work. You'll know what's included, how we operate, and what to expect — before anything kicks off.
Step two
Planning the build properly
We get everything lined up before the first tool is picked up. That includes organising trades, locking in materials, and setting realistic timeframes. It's this upfront prep that keeps things on track and avoids the usual delays.
Step three
Building with care and consistency
This is where the plan becomes real. Our team is tight, experienced and genuinely invested in the work. We don't disappear mid-job, and we don't leave you wondering what's going on. Progress is steady, clean and carefully managed.
The finish matters
We don't cut corners at the end. When the job's done, we walk through every detail with you, make sure everything's finished to standard and hand it over properly. No loose ends. No last-minute scrambles.
We finish with the same care we started with
Handover isn’t a rush job — it’s a final step in a carefully run process. We check everything, walk you through it and make sure your home is truly ready to live in. You’ll feel looked after, right to the end.
